Hi,

This is regarding Silver Oak wood. I have the below questions.

1. We have planted the Silver Oak wood .Its a 2 year old seed.Please can you let me know how much time will it take before we can get the returns.
2. Please can you also tell us , the return value per tree (after its ready to be cut and re-grown).
3. Please can you tell us the best climate , best soil and required fertilizers to grow this.
4.Please can you also let us know how much water will be required.
5. We have planted about 50 trees / acre . Is this too less/more. What is the ideal number of trees to plant per acre.
6. Can you also suggest any other long term trees , that have good resale value and need less maintance.

Hello Rekha,
How the idea of silver oak plantation came in your mind.As mentioned 50 no is too less per acre.You can plant bamboo,teak tree you will good income.
You can grow blackpeper on it.
