Shade house for Orchids

Hi I am Dr Devapratim from Orissa.
I am an orchid hobbyist and want to build a shade house for my orchids.
As the temperature here reaches 44 degree C. M y plants suffer.
I want ur guidance regarding the expertise and cost to build a shade house of about eight feet length and four to six feet wide.
