Setting up plant tissue culture lab

To begin with quick question:

We have plans to set up Plant Tissue Culture Lab in Bangalore. And subsequently do large scale palm tree (dates fruits) plantation in India.

Can we set up the lab in Agriculture land or do we need to set it up in commercial land?

dear prasanna
if you are having agricultural own land,it is better to start the unit there itself.Because sufficient space is required for hardening phase.

We are planing to start the dairy form with 10 no. of cow at our form. we have 5 acer land. kindly help me the project cost and production of milk(average) per annuam.
