Setting up a biogas plant

I live at a village called Hirmi, around 65kms from Raipur. I want to set up a biogas plant, on a small scale initially, but for business purpose. The idea is to generate enough fuel so as to refill cylinders for domestic use. What may be the cost implications involved? Whom may I contact, since I live in a rural area?

for domestic use, it is difficult to supply biogas in cylinders. however, you can implement a biogas project for village community and supply the biogas through pipeline to every household. for any further clarifications may write to biogas@rediffmail.com.
