Hello All,

Myself Pavan, I am very passionate in setting up the milk dairy farm in Andhra Pradesh. I am looking for an initial setup of producing 500 liters plant, basically I am new, so any one can correct me if 500 liters is huge capacity as an initial run. I am looking for the whole project requirement like (how many buffaloes and their types, what is machinenary we need to for processing and packaging, how many acres required etc;).

I am looking for a kind of guidance and sample kind of report is always appreciated.

Thanks
Pavan

Dear sir,

to get 500 ltrs of milk average yield can be obtained from 25ltr from each cow so plan accordingly for 20 to 25 cows needed to maintain two to three ha land is required .
milking mashine and fodder breaking mashins are essential for further details pls contact near by dairy or veternery dept.

Dear Pavan ,

Start ur Dream Dairy Project with best possible extension for more animals with maximum production in future expansion . U have to start your production with 65 % Buffaloes + 35 % C.B.Cows and within 3 years , ur own farm bred stock must be reached on advance calving stage . you have to prepare 2 sheds one by one with capacity of 32 nos. of animals in each shed with one calf shed on loose housing type for 25 calves . You must have atleast 8 - 10 acres fodder land . You must self prepare low cost feed formulae . Do'nt go for milk processing for first 11 months . For more details , you can contact us :

Dear Pavan,500 Ltrs plant is no plant since u will be incurring huge investment for a small quantity of milk.Plant is desirable if you are processing min 10000 to 20000 ltrs of milk a day. However you can start a dairy with buffaloes and cows after checking the rate at which u will be able to sell buff and cow milk.We are in a position to supply u what ever milch animals u need though we are breeders and suppliers of best and pedigreed Murrah buffales.YOU may get in touch.KHURANA DAIRY FARM,ROHTAK.CONTACT AT 09215640054, DEEPAK KHURANA

Hello,

Please contact. To kickoff this, I am looking for a small project kind of report(Capital cost, recurring cost, feeding cost/animal, type of animal etc) which would be helpfull for me to understand it better in terms of statistics.

Thanks
Pavan.
