Dear Sir/Madam
We are basically parboiled rice manufacturers. We do get lot of process rejections like black rice & red rice. We were looking at expert advice and sugestions to guide us how best these can be pulverised to flour and prepare some value added products out of the same, to fetch good price. What are the products that can be made out of these and can be marketed.
