Satavar - nepali or desi which is best

Iam confused about nepali satavar and desi satavar. what is the difference and which is best for uttrakhand?

reputed institues like CIMAP lucknow are not providing nepali.

Nepali satavar is yellow in colour and scientifically called Asparagus racemous. You can grow it in uttarkand.

As per our knowledge Nepali Satabar yields more and market price is high in compairision to Desi.
