sandalwood and agarwood cultivation

Hello sir I have 5 acres of agricultural and I would like to cultivate sandalwood and agarwood what is the require of tree for growing in hyderabad region and how many seedlings required for one acre and how much investment require for maintanance and how much profit will come after 8 years

The Agar wood cultivation is not suitable for south india especialy for Andhra Pradesh.Instead of Agar Wood cultivation kindly go for Malabar Neem plantations.
