sample project for dairy farm

I want to start small dairy farm. I am a totally fresher in this field & i dont have a farm. I have land which is out of town. I will planned to take a loan from any nationalised bank. For bank loan, how many things i will to submit infront of bank.? such as project report,land document etc.
Kindly, I need your valuable suggetion as well as sample project report.

Visit NABARD site

I advise you to go through NABARD website - visit relevant section called project reports - Dairy. YOu can have many more project reprots for your information. Even in Dairy you will have both processing plant as well as Dairy farm report.

Those figure are not relevant any more how ever it will give you good idea of dairying is and also what all details you need to provide for banks.

For bank loan you need to submit the following.
1. Project estimation.
2. Encumbrance certificate for 15 years
3. Legal Opinion by Lawyer.
4. Passbooks of agriculture land.
5. No due certificates from Banks in your region.
6. Valuation certificate by MRO.
