Dear Reader! Please provide the details on where to get Saffron seed, how to cultivate it, what is the ideal soil and climate to grow it, how to harvest it, how to store harvested material, and how to sell it in the market at the best price.

Best saffron is grown in Kashmir and bit inferior quality is grown in Iran; Afghanistan; Iraq. You may grow this plant anywhere; cannot say anything about quality. I had one flowering plant in Mumbai. Never tried to grow more.

Labour intensive; May not be economical.
