Here’s a comparison of the cross section (trunk anatomy) between a 40-year-old Oak tree (Quercus sp.) and a 5-year-old Royal Empress tree (Paulownia tomentosa) — two species that differ dramatically in wood density, growth rate, and structure:

In just 5 years, it can reach the size an oak would take 30–40 years to achieve in diameter.
Note:- Paulownia is widely considered one of the fastest-growing trees in the world, with certain species capable of growing over 1 meter in a few months and reaching a significant height in a short period. This rapid growth is due to a combination of their biological and physiological traits, which allow them to thrive in a variety of environments. For example, the Paulownia tomentosa (Empress Tree) has been reported to grow 6 meters in its first year.
