Dear Members,

I have planted tomato in 1/2 acre. The problem I am getting is tomato being rotten early stage before being ripen. I applied Bevisten and Mancozeb, but there is not change in quality. Please give me some solution so that I can save these.

Thanks in advance.
Siddhartha.

Thanks Kirti.
These plants are in main filed.
Last time I tried bevisten, the problem was solved.
But this time I fail to solve the problem with bevisten.
I will try Borax and then let you know.

Thanks.
Siddhartha.

Hi

possible reasons for rotting

1. Calcium deficiency leads to blossom end rot (Apply Calcium Nitrate @ 5 gm/ltr as foliar spray) OR

2. Late blight also leads to fruit rot (Use Sectin fungicide @ 3 g/Ltr as foliar spray)

3. Don't give too much water

4. Remove leaves touching the ground

Regards
Harish
