Rose farming

I have 4acars land in burdwan(w.b).i have following quaries:-

1.is it possible to do rose farming in open land?
(without greenhouse)
2. Where i can get training for rose farming.?
3. Is this climate suitable for rose farming?

Yes it is possible to do rose farming under open cultivation, kindly get in touch with Bengal Rose Society in Kolkatta, provide them with soil ph, and water ph, short course training is also available at Kolkatta University, Horticulture department.
