Land Required Requirement of farmland in North India

I want to buy farmland in north India including states of Gujarat, MP, Maharashtra, Rajasthan. My requirement is for 10-20 acres of land. The main criterion of location is good air quality followed by availability of water source. I can build soil fertility and develop the infrastructure as necessary. Availability of some built-up space shall be given extra weightage while deciding to buy.

Dear gentleman
I have about 11 acres of fully developed drip assisted horticulture farm to sell. Located in Mandla, MP, on Mandla-Dindori road, right on state highway has proper fencing, a large farmhouse, tube well and recently leveled land with the help of JCB.
