Required Plantation Land in Coorg

Am looking for 5-10 acres of Plantation land in Coorg. Especially looking at Madikeri-Bhagamandla and Virajpet-Kushalnagar stretches. Or even towards somwarpet.
Can be neglected land also. Good access(metalled road ok), Water table and soil qlty only consideration.Sustainable horticulture farming the objective.

Please advise asap as I intend to travel to Coorg in a week or 2 for the same. Please PM me with exact location and price details to fix a visit.
