Dear All,
One of a Bangalore based company is starting up a 150 acres horticulture project in Kadur, chikmagalur district, Karnataka. Pioneers in growing yelakki Banana from past 10 years, they are starting the 1st phase of 50 acres cultivation & looking for some serious investment partners who can either join them full-time in the farm or be a silent partners on annual return basis.
They are offering 50% annual returns on the investment with a minimum investment being Rs 5 Lacs. Documentation related to the annual returns, proof of returns & project report would be provided on request.
