- Must be Agriculture/horticulture graduate.
- Must speak Kannada, Hindi and English.
- Must have passion for agriculture and drive to excel.
- Be able to work independently and meet set targets.
- Be able to manage people and projects.
- Be able to think big.
- Prior experience preferred but not required
