Require guidance to start-up farming in Tamilnadu.

Hi Seniors.. I am 48, working in Bangalore, but seriously considering starting sustainable agriculture for my future.

Been scouting lands in and around Bangalore in a distance of around 180 kms but with dependable water source.

My well wishers have suggested 400-500 Coconut trees, sambar onions, mint leaves, pudhina, cucumber , if possible plantain trees etc, with cows + goats, ponds, bore Wells, recharging through rainwater harvesting.

I have no practical experience in farming but am hardworking, and determined to strive for my future. Am from a small town and hence shifting residence to the farm's surrounding, would not be a challenge.

Am looking for 8-10 Acres with definite scope for the above farming, preferably in Tamil nadu as my budget is 3-4 lakhs per acre. You can please contact me @98447 53610.

Karnataka :Shimoga/ udupi/ Mangalore. But very reasonable rate. Proper, verifiable documents

Tamilnadu : theni, Nellai, pollachchi, districts and any other with reliable water source.
