Wanted Require Family to work in Farm as Partner

We require family / group who can work in our farms. It will be on partnership basis. So, whatever profit we will get, will be shared equally. Good accommodation. We have 2 wells for water and we plant sugar cane, Ginger, Garlic ... It is near to Mahabaleshwar (Maharashtra).
