I'm looking for Coconut farm land around pollachi/coimbatore. I've planned a capital of 20-25 lakhs. Pls let me know if you guys know any similar farmland.
Around Pollachi area, the coconut farms are going for around 10 - 15L/Acre. And if you are looking in places near the rivers with year-around water, its even expensive.
