Exotic Vegetable- Contract farming

Myself Salil (B.Sc. Horticulture) from Mumbai. We have 1.5 acre agricultural land in prime location at Mangaon, Dist. - Raigad, Maharashtra near N.H. 17. (Just 100 km from Mumbai & 115 km form Pune).
Climate: Moderately warm & humid with Avg. temp. - 16-31°C.
Soil: Sandy loam & well-drained.
Water: Round the year.
We are planning to establish agro based unit or an Exotic Vegetable farm over this land.
I am interested in contract farming. Need your assistance & guidance in this regards.
