I am interested to buy farmland max 80-100 kms from bangalore preferably towards tumkur & nearby side. Not specific about location. I am looking primarily for farming & secondarily it should result in price appreciation 5-6 yrs down the line. I stay in bangalore & wish to visit there for weekends.
My requirements are:
1. Fertile soil.
2. Good water availability for cultivation. (ground water or preferably canal)
3. Availability of labour to work in the farm.
4. Good approach road which is close to highway.
I plan to set up mixed farming - Fruit bearing trees, timber trees (oak or teak), + fast yielding trees (acacia, etc) + diary farming.
Max investment = 20-25 lacs.
Minimum land requirement = 5-6 acres.
I am a genuine buyer & would appreciate genuine sellers only with clear documents. Dealers & middlemen kindly excuse.
