Request guidance for teak plant cultivation

I have 2 grounds in sirupagal village. I would like to cultivate best quality teak plantation so as to it will reap benefits after 10 years. I seek guidance in this regard.

Thanks. I hv gone thru the link. And observed that minimum requirement for teak cultivation is 1 acre. Please advise will it be possible to plan the cultivation in 4800 sqft area.
