Request for information regarding mushroom industry in West Bengali

I want to explore the Mushroom growing business in West Bengal. Though unfortunately I have virtually no information on how to start.

Request you to provide some information regarding the same. Any information as where to look for training etc, what will be the start up costs or about feasibility about the business will be extremely helpful.

We provide complete consultancy for all variety of Mushroom cultivation including Building design, Composting, spawn preparation, cropping, cold chain, canning and other preservations, man power training etc.
At present Button mushrooms are main variety being cultivated and in demand for fresh sale as well canned sale.
The minimum viable project is 1 ton /day and project cost would be roughly about 1.5 -2 cores.
