removing boulders/rocks need suggestions

Hello,
I am in the process o building a farm land near hosur Tamilnadu..
In my farm land I have a small patches of boulders ..Before I proceed further
I would Like to know if these boulders /rocks can be removed entirely from the land .. If so how does one know whether it can be removed or not ...
on what basis do they take call if they can be removed or not entirely from the land

There are companies that use scientific means to locate water. Their equipment can also tell the depth of rock. If you want to remove rocks to some depth, say 10 ft and fill it up with fertile soil, you can use a hammer drill to drill a few 2 ft deep holes, fill it with dynamite (available at local quarries) and blast the rock out. Make sure nobody is walking around for 200 ft when you set the dynamite.
