Question Regarding Malabar Neem & Sandalwood Plantation

Dear Sir

I am employee in central govt , I have 6 acres land with water facility. I wanted to Plant Malabar Neem & Sandle wood tree. I have following queries, Please clarify and guide me.

1. What is the at most risk involved in malabar & sandlewood plantation?
2. I am working away from my own, Is it possible to take care of plantation?
3. How many years is the maturity period for malabar tree and sandlewood for getting better profits?
4. How much is the cost of plantation?
5. Can u give best sites guiding these plantation?
6. How much may be the worst case profit per acre after maturity?

Agree . Malabar Neem wood buyers are not there .. many ppl are struggling to sell .

Pls do enquire well on buyers market .

Please do not spread age-old information. Post and comment only if you have recent valid information/data. I have been following several posts on this website pertaining to Melia dubai and Sandalwood cultivation and information has no good consensus. It ends up the information-seeker into a chaotic situation. Please do not do this. If you think your info is right then you may feel free to substantiate it.
This forum is to assist farmer but not to leave him/her into confused state. Thanks for understanding my concern.

If you can please assist formers like us in profit making crops . Or guide us to reach the malbar neem wood buyers.
Otherwise we loss our capital , time and effort it leads to life miserable.
