Regarding 79A 79B in karanataka land reforms act

Hello friends,

I am seeing lot of people interested in buying agriculture land in karnataka, but everyone getting disappointed with the Karnataka Land reforms act restriction on Income of less than 2 lakhs/Annum.

Surprisingly , this amount has not been revised since last decade or so, Can we all get united and USe Right to Information Act and request for the increase of the income limit.

Since the time they have revised the income limit, central govt and state govt salaries are revised at least 3 - 4 times, and the RBI has revised the inflationary numbers so many times.

I wish , if we can persuade the government to revise the income limits and thus we can all achieve our dream of becoming farmers without feeling threatened by these poisonous bureaucrats.

Lets join together and share the thoughts about if we can create this moment .

I would support your initiative. I have been trying to buy a farm land to support a good cause but these acts are deterrents.

I am quite disappointed by the ineffectiveness of these acts, which do not appear to address the intent but have allowed a number of huge land deals to go through.

It would be appropriate for government to reevaluate these laws that are neither helping farmers nor those who sincerely aspire to do farming.

Im definitely in for this, i've been trying to buy a land for quite some time & these are the stupid rules which make me think otherwise.

Do let me know on what best can be done collectively.
