actually we don,t want to hurt anybody. but some people always make quiery for every post for more than 4 month. till now they are not come for land visit. they must know their capacity. if i have 10 lakhs means i must plan with in that budget otherwise no use for every one.o.k.

Dear senrem, why can't you publish your standard prices for the sale here, so that u can avoid such dummy inquiries, but u can't say if they want to buy then only they shud inquire, o one will buy in just one inquiry, if he is buying then he must have done min 20 to 100 inquiry before... also if anyone does inquiry means its his knowledge abt lands and sure like u will get business/buyer from such peoples mouth information only..

Totally agree with all who responded against this. No one has the time to waste communicating with the seller who just sits around waiting for a buyer.

If only seller publish approximate selling price !! Everyone who plans to buy has a budget - but will buy only if the offered rate is acceptable and the land is suitable for their requirement.

Remember - its always a buyers market !!
