Red Soil Agri land measuring 8+ acres with a well having copious water, and EB connection to house ( hut ) and a cow shed is for sale, application for free EB connection to the well ahs also been submitted.
The land falls under Gudalur village - Palayam Panchayat - Harur taluk - Dharmapuri Dist. Upto Palayam it is State Highway thru which several Govt and Private buses ply. From Palayam the land is about 1.25 kms along panchayat mud road, thru which lorries /tractors etc can ply. Palayam is about 20 kms from Harur, & 70 kms from Salem, its the Taluk Headquarters, having a Court / DSP's Office / Asst Collector's office / three English medium schools / Indian & State Bank of India, & some other Banks, etc etc etc. Send enquires
