Reason and recommendation for sick orchards/estate

I am dng 3rd year B.Tech (Horticulture)..., for my presentation topic "REASON AND RECOMMENDATION FOR SICK ORCHARDS/ESTATE" i need suggestions... so please.., if anyone can share their practical things it'll be useful for me... .. thank you....

There are a lot of reasons for a orchard to be sick,

1. Unhealthy soil,
2. LAck of care
3.Insect and pest infestation
4. Diseases of the plants and not immediate control
5. No technical personnel
