Dairy Industry comes under Agriculture enterprise so it has no tax means it just increase ur taxable slab - so u pay marginal tax on agri income .It has other taxes ie after you start processing on milk ,as it cames under business.For better information you can ask your nearest Chartered accountant & Agriculture officer or Marketting Oficer of Nationalised bank or the bank where you want to take loan.
