Question on comp for care taker

Hi,

For personal reasons, I cannot take care of my land currently and have to go to another city. I have 3-4 acres of cocunut and arecanut plantation near Mangalore. There are sprinklers and not much work is required other than regular maintanence and harvesting.

I am thinking of appointing someone to take care of land. Any one has idea of the monthly compensation that I can pay to such a person?

Hi

Its a big responsibility you would be assigning, so please check with the neighbouring farms and then decide the compensation accordingly.
