Dear sir, iam planing to setup a quails farm for that just i brought 50 quails now the quails are start laying eggs. i have 50 quail eggs .

1.how to convert those eggs into chicks means through incubator or herself they can do??
2.how many eggs per week quails can lay?( 42 female and 8 male )
3.For commercial quails farming license is required ? ( Im belonging to Andhra pradesh) if so how to apply?
