I am planning to start a dairy farm in 5 acres of farm land with good water supply in Gulbarga, Karnataka. I want to start with 10-15 Gir Cows. Please let me know:
1. From where can I get the pure breed of Gir Cows?
2. What would be the price of a cow which is having yield of 10-12 liters of milk with 2nd lactation?
3. Is it advisable to have a pure breeding Gir bull instead of AI? What would be the price of such suitable bull?
4. What would be the mode of transportation?
