If your soil pH is 6.5-7.8 and water EC <2 ds/m and not waterlogged then you can try stevia cultivation, cost of cultivation would be 1.3 lacs & annual maintenance charge 50,000/ only. You can earn at least 1.5 - 2.00 lacs per acre.

You can try cultivation of jack fruit, with 30'x30' spacing 50 trees per acre can be grown. Good grafted varieties yield an average one tonne per tree every year after 8years of planting with negligible in puts. Trees start yielding in the fourth year & continue to yield for century.
