we are group of professional from bangalore , interested and searching to support good,innovative,genuine,model to others green project of tiny/small scale agricultural related,farming projects in karnataka only.
The concerned existing or owner/farmers should be a resident permanantly at the premises of activity/project and he shall be involved/handling day to day problems/activities without fail. He should be a understandable and ready to accept the team work, ownership sharing,profit sharing,collective decisions, proper accountability in venture for the cause of make interest to all, earn out of the activity to meet bare minimum livelihood requirements and to have proud ownership of the project to everyone, to whoom all involves in the venture.
Kindly, note that thhis is not any govt., scheme, or easy money (like real estate,black money,etc.,) .Very huge ambitious projects expecting huge amounts like crores of rupees venture requisites are not considered/entertained. The budget should be within crore, including the land,residence,facilities , yours share, all etc.,
Any Team member/s of our group will be becoming a partner/partners of the venture depend on the project, location, capabilities and interests of each individual. Who is interested, will become a part of project, based on their investment and work support will be provide based on their expertise and share of work determined, except timely visits to the project site as non-resident.
Selection and finalisation will be strictly based on location,capability of the person/farmers, acceptability ,pro-environment, innovative, mutual understanding of necessity of ventutre, profitability,marketability and long term sustainable projects, only.(Educated , enthuiastic , interested rural based youngsters are given preferences.) Minimum investments and work togethe all individuals to conver the opportunity capabilities type of project is more attractive.
