Procuring agricultural land

Hello,
Can any1 tell me the procedure for acquisition of agricultural land for agri purposes however i am not having agri certificate or license then how should i buy agri land? plz help.

Hi Sidpha,

If you are not an agriculturist it is not possible for you to buy a agriculture land in most of states in India. First Let us know where do you belong to?? According to law, if your family's annual income is more than 2 lakhs it is not possible to acquire a agriculture land.
