What do you mean by this question ? It's already privatized. Even at this platform people are doing business. From farmers point of view, some states have already changed rules for their Agril. produce marketing committees act i.e. farmers can sell their produce to anybody.
Only drawback is it should not be done at the cost of food security of the nation.
