We have the facility to provide the farmers certificate from Rajasthan to those who are looking to buy the agriculture land in Maharashtra and in Karnataka. We provide the jambandhi( 7/12) and Bhumi Praman patra of the holder.
What is a good rate per acre to expect to pay to buy 100-200 acres in Maharashtra with good water source/electricity/road proximity etc. Can you get anything in 20-25,000 Rs per acre ?

We already have the farmer's certificate. I just need to know how much rate do the land's on the cheaper side sell at. I dont need it in a highly central place, but good soil and water supply are essential. Can people please advise me or offer me land for sale in Maharashtra. Thanks.
