recently there was a article in 15 days in prajavani on poultry which claims Rs.30-90/sq feet with asbestos sheet, mainly the cost is determined by type of roof and wall.
as per the details provided by you it may cost 100-150/sq feet and GI sheets are more ideal and cost little more but they are durable.
