Reqiurements for starting Poultry Farm

Dear Sir / Madam,

Am planning to start a poultry farm (Bioler) near Tumkur, Karnataka. Before starting the construction of the shed please advise me what are requirements of documents from concern officials for smooth running of the farm.

My shed capacity would be appx. 5000 chicks

Please advise me as am finding it difficult to get NOC form any in my concern area.

Please help me in this matter.
