Poly House Farming Cluster or Poly House Park

Dear Experts,

We are Planning to Promote a Poly House Farming Cluster In an extent of 100 acres in Theni District Of Tamil Nadu.

The required Agri Land will be allocated and registered in the name of the investors and the development will be managed commonly. From making the DPR ( Detailed Project Report ) appointing Experts,Getting the Bank Loan , Govt.Subsidies, Procurement & establishment of Poly House, Establising CFs ( Common Facility Centres) etc.,

My question is : Whether there is any such Parks already available? While we do in this manner, the Govt.will encourage us? and what would be the benefits and Difficulties.
