plantations in plot

I have a plot of 300 Sq yards ( 45 feet by 60 feet) and want to plant teak and red sandalwood trees in this small area. I may have to invest about two lakh for compound wall, drililng a borewell and motor pump and then drip irrigation etc. will this be profitable if I sell the wood after 10 years ?

Site is the primary factor influencing plantation growth and development.
But with regard to teak it take minimum 14-20 years to bear good quality timber.

so also sandalwood.

so i suggest u to also plant melia dubia along with these two so that u can start earning after 6-7 years itself. and conitue till ur teak and sandalwood gain their quality parameters and size.
