Plantation of teak wood

Hi,
I am a software engineer working in Hyderabad. I have around 10 acre (25 hectares) of land at my native place in Madhya Pradesh (India).
The land is adjacent to forest and surrounded by forest trees mainly teakwood. The water source at that land is rain and only old well that gets dried in summer season.
I want to do plantation of teak woods in this land purely for investment purpose. I want to collect more information about various factors shall be considered before plantation of teak wood.
Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Sir

plantation of teakwood trees is very easy.

Initiall bring plants from a good reputed nursery healthy seedlings.
u can plants them at a distance of 7.5-8 mts.
Initial 3 years till they establish kee a eye on irrigating atleast in off rainy season at 10 days interval.
Then they cope up on their own.
For good canopy management pruning after 10 years is recommended

Myself Sri rama chandra rao, working in Germany as Design Engineer.
I was also very much intrested in teak plantation, especially on waste lands.
6 months back in the month of June, did plantation in my own land near Gudivada, krishna dist.
baught teak saplings from GOLDEN AGRI FIRMS, results are very good as on today
some plants grown up to 6 fts. I prefer you please visit my place to know the growth
please note that i am not from this company, this is only my personnel opinion.
it does'nt matter if you buy from other company, but make sure that saplings are original teak.

Teak plantation

we are having good quality Tissue culture teak saplings with us.The tissue culture teak saplings has somany salient features when comparing with the ordinary stump/roots of teak like early maturity i.e minimum 12 years onwards ,setting of heartwood is minimum 70% and more.But in ordinary stump culture the setting of heartwood wiil me maximum 30% and less.The growth rate will be very fast than the ordinary stump culture.By planting the tissue culture teak saplings the farmers will get very reasonable of Rs 10000/- ( Here i quoted the timber price will be Rs 750/-per cubic feet)

Please contact to your nearest social forest department. you will get healthy seedlings raised by stumps ( 2-6 Rs/ plant), avoid seedlings raised by seeds. you will also got a heights of 10-20 feet within 2 years. don't belive in tissue culture seedlings in teakwood plantation, (20-70 Rs./plant).
 

Teak cultivation

Yes correct Mr deadwood what stated in this site.So dnt spend even Rs 2/- or 4 for stumps.Because i think he might purchase 50 paise per stumps in cuddalore and the size of the stump is like beedi.One more thing you will approch the social forest or reserve forest department they will give free of cost some times.I am daily receiving calss from north india and also from Ap stating that about stump culture .One farmers cried with very sorrow and explained about teak plantation 15 years back some body sold the teak stumps with great explanation about teak plantation and the farmer will get minimum one lakh per tree on completion of 15 years.Now 15 years over the girth of the tree was 18 inches and no body will come forward to buy the tree for Rs 2000/-.This is fact not focus the from Narasapur ,Medak dist.Best wishes Mr Deadwood .Please note Mr dead wood one cup of tea @ Alpha Hotel ,Sec'Bad is Rs 5/-

Tissue culture teak plantations

The tissue culture teak cultivation
is a nice plantation and wise investment.So kindly believe in tissue culture teak saplings Mr Dead_wood.Its not a miracle,wonder or magic in tree plantations.Its a just modified with somany variation with stump culture with somany salient features like fast growing,uniform growth,early maturity and setting of 70% heartwood .Previously everybody have used Remington typewritters for letter correspondence for neat and elegant looking.Mr Dead wood i think you are riding in the bullock cart .Now what is going on? The bi-cycle occupied major role in transport for single person and its has been modified to scooter.Then car,rail and now Flight .Mr vDead wood you dnt use scooter or car you go by walk for any kind of movement.The walking is very good for health .You dnt use A/C in your home and you dnt take treatment from a MD doctor .Kindly go country doctor for treatment and eat herbal leaves.You dnt use colour tv in your home and you must live huts not apartment.
