Hello Sir
Malabar Neem Tree is a money spinning tree of short duration.
This besides maintaining ecological balance guarantees peace of mind and good future returns.
Within 4-5 years each tree yeilds an income of around Rs. 8,000/-.
The tree can be cultivated in all types of soil and requiring a low supply of water on a daily basis.
Malabar Neem has the potential of yielding in excess 40 tonnes of biomass on average per acre per annum over a 10 year period (before replanting is required).
The wood is used for packing cases, cigar boxes, ceiling planks, building purposes, agricultural implements, pencils, math boxes, splints and kattamarans.
It’s high calorific value makes it a viable source of feedstock for biomass power plants.
Under irrigated conditions this tree can be harvested at the end of 5th year for both timber and ply wood purpose.

we are having good quality in genuine breed of malabar neem/melia dubia plants. We have propagagted by silviculture method i.e seed germinated method for fast growth and better yield. This tree cultivation is comes under short term cultivation. The malabar neem will attain the girth 0f 150 centimetre on completion of minimum 7 to 8 years not in 4 to 5 years. We can get yield of minimum 750 kilos and maximum one ton per tree.So the total yield pattern will be minimum 400 tons per acre.We can accomadate nearly minimum 500 and maximum 620 plants in one acre in the spacing dimension of 10' x 10',9' x 9' & 9' x 8'.
