Please get information on the raw material availability and machinery required for the plate manufacturing process. If there is good demand for areca plates in chennai along with other type of leaf plates and thermocoal plates and plastic coated plates you may proceed for establishing the unit.
You may also get subsidy for the unit cost up to Rs.25 Lakhs under PMEGP and also inquire about other concessions available from District Industries Centre. KVIC, KVIB etc
