I want to start a business of PEST CONTROL SERVICE .But i don't know from where to take license for pest control service.I belongs to BIHAR /JHARKHAND
Is there is any site for NATIONAL PLANT QUARANTINE (NPQS).

PLZ help me out

You have to get the licence from the State Agriculture Department.
