PAPAYA,WATER MELON and Sweet corn

Dear Friends I had planted 1000 sapling of papaya on Nov.2013. Due to fake seeds, 300 were male and
I destroyed males and grown other 700 trees.
From Aug I am getting weekly around 1,mt.selling to directly fruit shops @Rs.12.00. I feel happy and just again planting 5 Acres.papaya only.

When I go market daily ,I found there is big demand
Frozen sweet corn. So I plan to cultivate sweet corn in my land and to be frozen with shelf life of 12 month minimum.
So I expect advise from Experts

Hi Krishna,

Am planning to plant papaya trees in 1 ha of land, Since you have started it recently you can share your expert advise in this. It would be great if you can provide me some guidance on the following,

1. Soil Preparation
- How many times i need to plough the lands and what kind of manures i have to use initially before planting.
2. Where can i get seeds or saplings which is trustworthy
3. which variety is good to proceed.

I am bharath.
I have few acres of land near Chennai which is loamy. I want to know whether it is advisable to plant papaya or any other fruit in that land?! If yes, then can you please share your views.
