Panchagavya is an organic fertilizer and pesticide which have a great role of providing immunity to the plant system thereby promoting growth. This fertilizer is produced from five products of cow such as cow dung, cow urine, milk, curd and ghee. Some of the other organic product used for producing panchagavya are jaggery, banana, water and tender coconut. These products should be taken in proper ratio and should be mixed step by step to get desired effects.
First cow dung and ghee is added in a plastic container and mixed in the morning and evening for 3 days. After 3 days, other products are also added and should be mixed with the help of stick for another 20 days. Container with panchagavya is to be kept in shade until the whole process is completed.
