Hi,

What is the difference between Oraganic farming and Natural farming? Does organic farming also contain some chemicals or not? Which is better?

Hello

Natural farming, also known as Do-nothing farming or No-till farming was popularised by Masanobu Fukuoka, starting in the 1940s in Japan.

The most essential aspect of natural farming is to let nature play a dominant role to the maximum extent possible. Hence, no-till, farm biodiversity, integration and symbiotic farm components and protection of soil cover all have a place in this method of farming. The seed ball technique for sowing has also been given importance by Fukuoka.

Organic farming is not about only farming without chemicals. It is also about the environment, agricultural traditions, traditional seeds, animal welfare, farming communities, sensible energy use, soil and water conservation. It is also about you and your family, your health and your welfare.

It is important to differentiate between certified organic produce and foods billed as “natural.” The terms “organic” and “natural” are not the same. Certified organic producers and processors must adhere to rigorous growing and processing standards verified by a third party, either an independent or a state certification organization. In contrast, the term“natural” may have little or nothing to do with agricultural practices, nor does it indicate the use of independent inspectors. There are currently no consistently defined and regulated agricultural practice standards in place for the term “natural.”

Organic. It's worth it.

Organic and Natural

Dear sir it is very impotant to know what is exactly organic forming and natural forminf. Natural forming is nothing but following simple metodes of following natural process to allow the plant to grow by not giving any compost are fertlizers. To do this we have to follow Zero Budget natuaral forming which I am Practicing and getting wonerfull result. Earlier I use to practice organic forming like nadap, vermi, bia dynamic.panchgaya, and so on.
But zero budget natural forming is giving excellant result. I prodly recoment to go for zero budget natuaral forming Systems.

organic vs natural farming

Dear Sir, The word organic farming is an ambiguous one and no better than chemical farming. the farmer has to go to town market for purchase of the bio fertilzers at exorbitant price which will no way help the farmer. But if he use the country cow dung and urine with sweeteners like sugarcane or jaggery and little dicot legumes as protin supplier to the microbes in our soil, the crop will grow well promisingly and this natural farming will improve the texture of the soil and the yield would increase crop after crop. Even before 600 years our farmers in tamil nadu harvested more than 5800 kg of paddy with this natural method when there is no chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides weedicides or nadip, bio fertilisers. It is better to use the available natural weeds, leaves etc along with cowdung and urine. Thanking you, P.V. Jayakumar.
